Ingredients for Paksiw na Litson (Lechon Paksiw)
1 Kg litsong baboy (pork lechon)
1 garlic head
1 1/2 cups of lechon sauce
1/2 bay leaves
2 stalks of oregano
4 tbsp of sugar
How to Cook Paksiw na Litson (Lechon Paksiw)
1. Clean the pots very well first before using.
2. Mix all the ingredients in the pot.
3. Set on the fire and let it stay there for 30 minutes.
4. After 30 minutes, it’s ready to server. It’s best to serve it hot with rice.
