Ingredients for Palitaw
1/2 bushel of flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 coconut, grated
1/4 cup sesame seeds, popped
How to Cook Palitaw
1. Mold the flour in the hand palm wide while boiling water in a pan.
2. Drop in boiling water and wait for the molded flour to float.
3. Remove from the pan and drain the excess water.
4. Mix the sesame seeds and brown sugar. Put them over the palitaw (cooked flour).
