Beef Tapa is one of my favorite recipes not only for its taste, but also for the nutrients it can offer my body, like protein, selenium, vitamin B3, zinc, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and many others. The combination of vitamin B12, B6 and folate convert the homocysteine – a dangerous chemical associated with an increased risk of heart attack and stroke. That goes to say, Beef Tapa has cardiovascular benefits.
thanks, nice post.
