
Ingredients for Bistek Tagalog
100 ml oil
200 grams pickled green papaya
200 grams lettuce
720 grams beef tenderloin
50 grams garlic peeled
200 grams onions round cuts
150 ml soy sauce
200 grams lemon juice
2 grams whole pepper
How to Cook Bistek Tagalog
1. Marinate the beef with crushed garlic, soy sauce and lemon juice.
2. Medium fry beef before taking out from the pan.
3. Saute onions slightly.
4. Add the soy sauce and lemon juice with onions and boil until thicken.
5. Set the fried beef on the platter.
6. Pour the onion sauce on the beef.
7. Serve with pickled green papaya.
