Ingredients for Beef Kaldereta

2 tbsp oil
1 cup potatoes, squarely cut
6 cups beef, cut according to desired size
1 cup water
1 pack of Caldereta sauce
1 piece red bell pepper, sliced lengthwise
1 / 2 cup peas

How to Cook Beef Caldereta

1. Heat oil. Fry the potatoes and set aside.
2. Fry the beef till reddish. Add water and boil until soft.
3. Add caldereta sauce, fried potatoes and red bell pepper. Stir until the vegetables soften.
4. Add the peas before removing.
